The Lazy F Working Guest Ranch is an old Texas cattle ranch in the same family for 158 years. Guests on this 2500 acre ranch ride and help work the ranch with us. Working is optional. Guests do as much or little as they wish. Mostly horseback riding on a big Texas cattle ranch. Twice a year, guests can join our professional cowboys and roundup every cow on the ranch, brand, vaccinate, rope, tag, castrate or whatever a guests wishes to try along wit The Lazy F Ranch Trail Ride Texas allows guests to bring their own horses; their own campers or tents; and wagons. Getting Here Most guests choose to drive to the boat ramp at "Road's End" at Vinegar Creek. From there, we pick you up for the 30 minute jetboat up the Salmon River to the ranch.
