Our founder is an Albanian immigrant who came to the United States for the opportunity of developing his own business and raising his family here. His work ethic and personal drive took him from the setting of his eastern European village to Florida. He loved the nuances of the bakery business and set out to build his business on the ethnic and traditional breads of his childhood. From there he quickly developed a broad following for his products by producing mainstream offerings of buns, breads and rolls of artisan quality. A quality not found from the giants of bakery production.
