So I decided to change that. As a graduate of the Culinary Art School of Astoria, I have honed my cooking skills over many years to offer pared down, no frills, only the freshest seafood on the planet. No heavy coating, no over-seasoning, only simple, elegant flavor. From fresh Clams, Oysters, Shrimp, Lobster, Escargot, Grouper, Blue Crab, Stone Crab, Mullet, Mud Bugs, Scallops, Mussels, Piss-Clams, and freshest catch of the day… I only serve the best, the freshest, and the most flavorful seafood available. If I won’t eat it…you won’t get it!

Boat Drinks is a state of mind, where the only thing frozen is our drinks. The cocktails are tropical, balanced and a frosty escape in a glass. Since one can't survive on cocktails alone, our kitchen and raw bar focuses on fresh, thoughtfully sourced seafood prepared using recipes developed during our travels throughout the Caribbean, Florida and the Gulf Coast. For our landlubbing guests, we offer plenty of plant- and land-based options with recipes developed throughout our travels.
