We will be operating off the west coast of the USA. We are offering a return of 3 times investment there are two pontoon boats, (the largest is 37'). We decided to dredge the coast line. This has not been worked in large scale in over 100 years in some areas, according to the BLM!! . The boats both with have a double dredge system. The sluices will be at the smallest, 12' by 3' wide. The largest sluice will be 24' by 3'. Each boat will have two sluices.
