The core service of our company is driving solar piles utilizing a Gayk HRE4000 hydraulic ram which is a track driven Machine. This tool allows us to drive piles that are up to 16' into the ground in under three mins in most cases. We also have the Gayk HRE5000 which is capable of 20’ tall piles as well. These machines are specifically designed to install piles for solar ground mount systems at a fast pace. It is a perfect tool for the installation of large utiility scale solar farms all the way to a small residential solar system. One of the biggest advantages of the Gayk over the other pile drivers on the market is the ease of setup. The Gayk has a lift up mast with one motion, the majority of the competition require assembly and setup time using anywhere from 15min to 45 min depending on the product, some even require a telehandler on site to assemble the mast. Our machine supports multiple types of racking systems therefor we are able to work with a wide variety of racking manufactures such as the following:Schletter FS, Schletter FS uno, Schletter G-Max, Unirac Fixed Ground Mount Driven pier system,Solar Powers Frames LLC, Game Change Solar Maxspan Pile Driven Systems, Solar Flex Rack - PLP Power Peak, Advanced Rack, Patriot Solar, (Most any standard 6” I-beam style post), we have the ability to handle most all types of piles if we dont already have a head profile made for it we can get one made with a 2 week notice. Depending on the size of the project I.E. 3 posts or 30,000 posts we could potentially eat the cost of this head if we do not already have one made. It seems we are running into new racking manufactures all the time.
