Our advanced manufacturing and process technologies, include: Two-material molding - MRPC has developed unique processes for combining rigid and elastomeric materials. At MRPC, two-material molding consists of silicone onto metal, silicone onto plastic, rubber onto metal, rubber onto plastic, thermoplastic elastomers (TPE's) onto rigid plastics and TPE's onto metal. Micro-molding - MRPC's small precision presses produce accurate, repeatable molded silicone and thermoplastic parts weighing less than one gram for implantable electromechanical devices, catheters and more. Clean room manufacturing - MRPC produces repeatable products in our certified Class 10,000 and 100,000 controlled environments to meet your stringent standards. We have four clean rooms each dedicated to manufacturing different products and different classifications. Together these clean rooms span approximately 50,000 square feet. Automation - MRPC designs and invests in custom automation technologies and robotics to optimize process repeatability and to provide our customers with cost benefits. Our automation capabilities span across all processes including LSR molding, thermoplastic molding and secondary operations. Material development - MRPC has an in-house Tech Center where we formulate elastomeric materials specific to your product requirements.
