DHEC Public Health Region 2 provides a broad range of health services for preventing disease, improving wellness and quality of life, and assisting the people of our region in building healthy communities. Public health programs emphasize primary prevention and related services to all ages and aspects of the community. Programs vary from traditional immunizations and maternal and child health, to nutrition, health education, counseling and home health services.
