Aluminum castings are made using four methods: permanent mold, permanent tilt mold, dry sand (no-bake) mold, and green sand mold. Castings made are used in commercial, sports, automotive, marine, government, aerospace, defense, and other applications. High-quality aluminum alloy is purchased in ingot form, melted, and then cast so that each component is produced to customer specifications. We offer you our foundry’s experienced and knowledgeable workforce to provide you with high quality cast aluminum components for your products. Pacific Cast Products has a full quality system in place. We are audited on a regular basis by our Registrar to the ISO 9000:2008 and AS9100-C standards.
