Redline Entertainment, INc. was formed in April of 2010 by Richard Surber, the CEO of Nexia Holdings, Inc., the parent corporation of Redline to serve as the distribution channel for Nexia's entertainment division, Revel Entertainment, and for third parties that are seeking assistance with the foreign distribution of their motion picture projects. Redline currently has four films under contract and has agreements in place for up to a total of four additonal films over the next one to two years. Redline has entered into distribution agreements for Revel's recently completed feature film, The Kane Files, in some foreign markets. It hopes to expand the library that it can make available to the foreign distribution market and also future films from Revel Entertainment and Nexia entities.
