ALSM was founded by Fred M. Franklin PLS in January of 1996 in Oakland, Nebraska. ALSM immediately expanded, with another office, to South Sioux City to better serve the Northeast Nebraska area. ALSM was immediately successful in serving and providing high quality survey plats to its clients. With the company growing professionally, ALSM decided to open yet another office in Norfolk, Nebraska in 2009.
