Utica Cemetery Assoc. Inc. is committed to the care and upkeep of the property. Lots are sold as 4 grave sites with single burial depth with use of concrete vaults. Graves are sold in single, dual or triple sites with perpetual care included in the price of the graves to insure lasting care of the grounds. To insure uniformity, there are specific rules in place for what is allowed to be placed on the individual graves. Presently the price of a single grave is $400.00 and sales are open to the general public Records are kept of all burials and an updated list is provided to the Frederick County of Maryland Historical Society and also to the Frederick City Public Library. The Board of Trustees holds an annual Memorial Service on the Sunday before Memorial Day.
