Hillside Memorial Park was established in the 1920's and was originally called Ellet Memorial. The name was changed to Hillside Memorial Park in the 1950's.

Crown Hill, which was established in the 1920s, continues to maintain the original buildings to meet with customers, family members and visitors from other states. Established in 1833, the College Cemetery is reserved for presidents and professors who wish to be interred at Denison University. It holds the remains of two early students and the second president, all of whom were relocated to the cemetery from the college's original site.
