As I grew up, my curiosity grew as well, as to why is it so important that I have dry fruits and nuts on a daily basis. Being a biology/human physiology major, I started researching the benefits of dry fruits and nuts for human body. That's when I decided that with our busy life styles and crazy schedules, incorporating dry fruits and nuts in my daily diet was essential and an easy way to get nutrients that my body needs. Most of the dried fruits and nuts contain many essential vitamins, antioxidants, protein, fiber, and much more. Gathering of all this useful information, led to a growing urge of sharing health aspects with my immediate family and friends, in hopes of one day sharing it with a bigger audience. As a mother of two little angels, I have kept the tradition going and I have grown to appreciate the reasoning behind my parents always reminding me to eat "enough" dry fruits and nuts. I make sure to find fun ways to provide my children with a nutrient rich diet and dry fruits and nuts are part of that! During the COVID-19 pandemic, in order to stay sane and take a break away from the busy mom life, the idea of establishing a new online business came to mind.
