After serving his country in World War II, Everett Boldt began his work as a plumbing, sheet metal / heating installer & serviceman in the very same building that Boldt’s is located today. Everett began his business with a $2,000 loan and only 2 employees. In 1960, Everett added business partner, ‘Perk’ Gregerson and the business was called Boldt & Gregerson Hardware until 1977, when the partnership separated and the company name was changed to its current Boldt’s Plumbing & Heating Inc. Everett, and his wife Eleanor, raised four children and celebrated nearly 65 years of marriage. Everett instilled a strong work ethic and sense of community to his family, as they remember most holidays and celebrations being interrupted by Everett going out on a service call to restore someone’s heat or fix a frozen pipe or plugged sewer.

Nestled in the Hills of beautiful Southwest Wisconsin, our rural Richland Center Apple Orchard has been a family tradition for over five generations. Oakwood Fruit Farm is family owned and operated and the Louis & Alvin families at the rural Richland Center Wisconsin Fruit Farm wishes to welcome you to another fall season with the hope we may continue to serve you and your family. Thankfully we haven't endured any storms so the quality of our apple crop is excellent. We look forward to seeing our friends and customers back for another fall apple season.
