Our stock is docile, easy to work with, medium framed and raised on native Pacific Northwest non-irrigated bentgrass pastures in the tiny, Coast Range Foothill hamlet of Bellfountain Oregon with ZERO graining. A recent 2 year old butcher heifer (freemartin) yielded sirloin steaks that would have graded USDA Prime without a quibble.
