TLC Farm Goat Dairy, West Virginia's only grade A goat dairy. We are located in Jackson County where we produce delicious, farmstead natural grade A pasteurized bottled goat milk, fresh cheeses, fudge and ice cream. We are a family dairy where all the goats receive the highest standard of humane and loving care. Our goal is to keep our goat milk as natural as possible. We gently pasteurize to ensure our milk is free of bacteria and harmful organisms. We use herbal medication when necessary. We produce a fresh pressed cheese and Greek style feta in small batches. We use only vegetable rennet appropriate for many vegetarian diets. When grilled cheese will soften & brown will not melt or run. We offer plain, jalapeno, red pepper, apple wood smoked, feta crumbled, feta tomato & basil.
