Our families started in dairying over fifty years ago, three generations strong. Our farm goals are to produce the best milk and to preserve the world's most precious breed of dairy cow, the Golden Guernsey. Called "Golden" because of her rich, golden colored milk and beautiful fawn coat, she is known through history for being "the Royal Breed". Her numbers have dwindled to the point of being listed on the ALBC.org as a breed to "watch" because she is not a super producer of milk. Our grass based herd produces milk high in CLA, is naturally A2, high in fat, protein and with the best balance of Omega 3 to Omega 6. Guernsey milk is fast becoming the premier milk for mothers concerned about their children's dairy intake, as this milk is easier to tolerate for those with dairy sensitivities
