As a family, we have been in the hatchery business for over 20 years with experience in not only chickens and quail, but also in exotic fowl. Since moving to Hawkinsville, Georgia 8 years ago, we have been steadily increasing our stock and will continue to grow. We are taking the time and care to provide you with a variety of day-old chicks.

Welcome to Bob's Biddies Hatchery, We specialize in Hertitage Breed Chicks like the ones your Grandma used to raise. All of our chickens lay brown eggs and are considered a medium size chicken. These are gentle breeds such as "Dominiques"," Rhode Island Reds", "Buff Orpingtons", "Delawares", and "New Hampshire Reds". All our birds are raised on natural feed. We hatch and ship year round. All our chicks are professionally sexed. We are NPIP Certified. We are a small Disabled Run Business that is growing everyday. The fall of 2012 we will be offering four new breeds to our list. They are "Dena's Special" (our very own Breed), "Silver Laced Wyandotte", "Ameraucanas (Easter Egg Chicken), and the "Cuckoo Marans". Coming in Spring of 2013, we will be offering several breeds of turkeys. Check back with us on the individual breeds.

We are a family owned and operated small 5 acre farm.. We specialize in rare and hard to find poultry/chickens. It is our goal to have correct and true-to-breed birds. Offering French Black Copper Marans, Blue Lace Red Wyandottes, True Rhode Island Reds, BBRed Phoenix, Golden Phoenix, Blue Black Splash Orphington, Welsumer, and Blue & Black Cochin chickens. We also have homegrown vegetables, jellies, pickles and much more. You can even find handcrafted crochet doilies and afghans. Custom orders are accepted. Call ahead to place your order because supplies can be limited depending on the hens cooperation.
