PSLLC's facility is an enclosed compact area designed to handle Connecticut Regulated Waste CR05. CR05 is defined as organic contaminated non RCRA hazardous solids and semi-solids. This facility is designed to handle soils, absorbents and debris contaminated with non-RCRA hazardous levels of organics. Non-TSCA waste PCB's are also treated. These materials may be delivered in bulk (e.g. dump trucks, rolloffs, and/or vactors). The materials may also be delivered to the facility in containers (e.g. drums, cubic yard containers). The waste type includes soil, cobble, gravels, sands, fines, clays and river sediments. The definition would include natural soils and soils deposited by erosion. Debris would include rocks, concrete, asphalt, shrubs, plant life, and other extraneous materials
