The cnc machine shop has 3 Milling machines all of them 3 axsis and 1 cnc lathe wich is a 2 axsis with a bar puller and tool probe. The manual machining department has a small prototype lathe and a large clausing lathe. There is 2 bridgeports there with protrak controlers on them and a variety of other tools and tricks from the trade there such as a Surface Grinder , 50 ton press, Heattreating overs,tempering overs, Mig Stick and Tig Welders Sheetmetal Shears brakes benders notchers and rollers,and a whols sawing department including a hem saw and auto feed table grobe verdical band saw various portable band saws and a few abrasive cut off saws. We also have an inspection department and full cad and engineering team for support aswell.

In the late 1980’s, Alan Bradford started working at Hypertherm in the tech services department. Alan traveled around the country to train, support Hypertherm clients and help them run more efficiently. In 1993 Alan started Plasma Technologies (aka. Plasma Tech) to service the Plasma and Flame (Oxy-Fuel) cutting industry. Machinery repair and rebuilding was done mostly on site for retrofits. Over the years more services were added such as complete machine rebuilding and overhauling (CNC Retrofits.)
