Capabilities include knife coating, surface treatment, particle deposition, dip and squeeze saturation, tenter frame drying. We can handle rolled goods up to 80" wide, sheets & individual part saturation. Converting capabilities include slitting and sheeting. Our process capabilities include precision temperature & airflow control, tension control, speed control, basis weight in-line scanning & thickness measurement. Our Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer allows us to handle solvent based coatings as well as aqueous dispersions. We also offer in house mixing of additives, fillers, curatives and colorants as well as special purpose additives.
