Our agency handles all aspects of title insurance and settlement for refinances or purchases. Our primary business deals with residential real estate, but we have agents experienced in commercial transactions as well. Our title department can, in addition to preparing title commitments for insurance, furnish searches and abstracts on properties to disclose any liens or clouds on title prior to you entering into any contract. Our settlement department can handle all steps of real estate closings outside contractual negotiations. We also provide services to attorneys who wish to have their settlement work and disbursements handled by the title insurance agent. Furthermore, our settlement agents will travel all over New Jersey or Florida to conduct closings at the clients' homes.
