All aspects of Litigation in the Rhode Island Family Court, including preparation of Pre-Marital Agreements; representation of unmarried parents in issues of child custody, visitation and child support; representation of divorcing couples to achieve reasonable and rational results to divorce, custody, visitation, child support, and division of assets, including retirement orders and benefits; modification of prior Rhode Island Family Court orders based upon changes in circumstances, such as unemployment or increase in expenses.
