With a background in both printmaking and illustration, owner and operator, Michelle Dreher, attempts to create vibrant, colorful pieces that are strongly image-based. In addition to printing for others, she enjoys creating hand carved blocks for posters and fine art prints that allow her to express her own unique sense of delicate patterning beneath a boldly graphic surface. The shop currently houses two SP-15 Vandercooks, Bowie and Lennox. Our big bad boy is our SP-20 Vandercook, appropriately named the Boss. And then there's Lauper, our 1898 Chandler and Price platen press. Round that out with an assortment of vintage type and our guillotine cutter and you've got a full-fledged letterpress shop.
