Gail has over 30 years working as a professional transcriptionist and wordsmith. This work has led her to create a system that has helped her private clients learn how to become better "Benevolent Dictators," and uncover innovative ways to leverage their time and efforts by recording not only events and coaching sessions with their clients, but their creative thoughts as well. Gail wants to help other professionals truly put their best presence in print − whether on the web, in articles and books, or wherever the printed word needs to carry their message.
