Arthur's specialties are in septic system design and coastal stabilization. He has designed over a thousand island septic systems, both conventional and trending innovative/alternative technology. He handles everything from initial design to supervising the permitting and installation. Arthur is uniquely experienced in navigating dynamic coastal environments. He has planned, and seen through the permitting process dozens of coastal stabilization systems, that he then monitors year round.
