Payne-Huber Engineering, Inc. (PHE) is a consulting firm practicing primarily in the area of structural design for industrial structures, and the design of industrial piping systems. Structural design services include designs for reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, and offshore jacket structures and decks. As the design evaluation is completed, design drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings and bills of materials for structural designs are produced for the client. PHE is capable of taking a design from a process engineer and producing piping plan drawings as well as isometric piping drawings. When a pipe flexibility evaluation is warranted, PHE can evaluate piping system and make recommendations to correct any deficiencies that exist.
