EnviroServices & Training Center, LLC (ETC) began operations in 1994 as a small business providing comprehensive environmental consulting and engineering services. What distinguishes us from other firms is that we offer comprehensive in-house services designed to address the different environmental regulations our clients face. ETC provides a comprehensive range of services including stormwater management, environmental permitting and compliance, site investigations and assessments for hazardous substances, remediation operations, preparation and technical review of Phase I and Phase II environment site assessment reports, hazardous waste and hazardous materials management, underground storage tank closures, lead and asbestos surveys, air monitoring, health and safety planning and programming, and DOT/EPA/OSHA training.
