The Life Safety protocol we provide to our clients includes maintaining a regular inspection schedule for testing smoke dampers, fire smoke dampers, and stairwell pressurization to clearly show State and Local Fire Inspectors, any Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) that our clients meet the minimum standards required by their codes to be in compliance including NFPA. We are Forensic Engineers specializing in Life Safety Systems. That means we can do more for the Life Safety System in a building than anyone else a building administrator has used in the past. We solve problems, find solutions and keep Life Safety Systems from malfunctioning during a fire or other emergency. We are a liaison between clients and regulatory authorities which improves relationships and protects the public.
