Since 1990, C. J. HEINTZ and ASSOCIATES, LLC has provided high quality design drawings to builders, contractors and owners for all types of residential, commercial and structural projects… ranging from custom homes, condominiums, single and multi-level additions, remodeling and renovation projects - including the removal of load bearing walls to create open floor plans, in-law and first floor master suites, finished basements, garages (both attached and detached), porches, decks, patios, pole buildings, and other accessory structures. Your construction-ready drawings can be used for competitive bidding purposes or building permit applications. Finished drawings have started from "back of the napkin" sketches, cardboard models, photos, and basic catalog or internet plans... are then customized to suit your individual needs... and conform to applicable residential construction and energy conservation codes. For commercial and structural situations that require it, your construction drawings are reviewed and approved by a registered State of Ohio Architect or Professional Engineer. For additions, our mission is to ensure the project doesn't appear as an obvious attachment to the existing structure… existing materials, and more importantly - the existing style, are always design considerations; for new construction, our mission is to ensure your home fits the community and the environment.
