Chris screens the job candidates and conducts interviews to perform the background checks and provide orientation to the new employees. She organizes the job posts to visit the job fairs to find the right candidates. After assembling of a pool of potential candidates, she then sort through them, schedules and conducts the interviews. In case when not hiring, placing, and orienting new employees, she often oversees the current employees satisfaction & productivity and ensures that the workplace is running efficiently.
