Safety Made Simple, Inc. was formed in 2006 to address the needs of the small business community for a basic Safety Manual and supporting documents. Although companies with less than 11 employees are not required by OSHA to have a written safety manual, many General Contractors and Commercial Builders are requiring their subcontractors, regardless of employee size, to provide documentation of their safety efforts. Ninety percent of our customers are building trades subcontractors like excavating, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc. The other ten percent are widely varied. We have customers in all 50 states with California, Florida and Texas ranking first, second and third in our customer counts. The owner, Jim Sathe, has 35 years experience as a Safety Professional.
