The fact is there is no real count on the homeless in this country. The true homeless, will not ask for help. They don't trust the government. We will never get straight numbers...in my research of approx. 20 years! It is impossible to know the homeless figures. I keep finding different figures, my apologies for any typos or any misinformation. I am very distraught at the fact we have yet to conquer this issue in our country. Men and woman soldiers have come home from war, only to end up on the streets. They must be sober to get shelter in most cases. We are talking about people not being able to stop on their on accord...should they not have shelter...are they not HUMAN?
