Welcome to York Housing Authority! We are an organization that provides safe, sanitary, decent housing to income-eligible families in the York, NE area. At our apartment complex, we offer 1 and 2 bedroom units for those individuals and families who qualify for Public Housing. We also offer 1 bedroom units for those with disabilities and the elderly who qualify under Section 8 New Construction. Our five-story complex offers free onsite laundry, an activities room, and easy access to downtown. To top it off our facility is equipped with a video surveillance system and requires a key to access the building after 10pm for added security. In addition, we are happy to take part in the Housing Choice Voucher Program. Therefore, if you qualify for rental assistance based on your income we will work with you on subsidizing your rent with a third party, approved landlord.
