I work with organizations that want to align their employees with the company vision, so that everyone is more engaged, productive, and ultimately, more profitable. My main topic is called, "The Six Powers of Purpose." My keynotes, workshops and round-tables focus on the shaman side of the organization. When times a challenging, everyone is pressed to do more with less. The Six Powers of Purpose help the entire organization to become more engaged and productive, and reduces the fear and costs of high turnover.

Artie Van Why was an eyewitness to, and a survivor of, the attack on the World Trade Center on 9/11. Artie worked across the street. He wrote and performed his one man theater piece, "That Day In September," in LA and Off Broadway in New York. He later adapted his play into a memoir with the same title. Artie continues to speak publicly about his experience of 9/11 and about life after trauma. He talks, firsthand, about PTSD and how he has dealt with that. Artie's words are for anyone who has experienced trauma or tragedy in their life.
