We have two large Meeting Halls, one Conference Room, and several smaller meeting rooms that are available for rent. The Owen Brown Interfaith Center is home to many religious congregations. We currently have openings for religious congregations to rent meeting or worship spaces on Wednesday evenings, throughout the day on Saturdays, also on Sunday afternoons or evenings, as well as other days during the week. Sunday mornings we are full up. Space is available for rent 7 days of the week from 9:00am until 11:00pm. We have facilities for religious events, meeting space, conference rooms, business meetings, weddings and receptions, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, baby showers, worship services, seminars and classes, parties, banquets, events of any type.

NeoAniCon Inc. is to be a 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation to be incorporated in the state of Maryland. Our mission statement is to promote throughout the northeastern United States in any way possible, Japanese and Asian culture in a entertaining and educational way. The target demographic for the convention will be a demographic that hasn’t been touched yet by current conventions and the anime industry, the 40+ demographic. The convention will also target the new anime fan and people who have only been to a convention once or is a new con goer. Events will be targeted to the 40+ demographic, the new anime fan, and the current convention attendees. Funding is currently trying to be acquired to incorporate the corporation.
