In addition to having sat as a judge in every county in the State of Oregon I have sat as a judge in every type of trial court in the State of Oregon. I have heard thousands of cases involving every type of dispute. I love my State, people and my job as an arbitrator and mediator. I love helping people resolve their problems. It is not always easy but it is always rewarding. Even in those cases where we are unable to settle, most often the mediation is rewarding for the parties, as they are better prepared to move forward and, as often happens, the mediation eventually leads to a successful settlement.
