I believe in what Flagging stands for hard work Safety, integrity, and Responsibility, I myself was a Flagger/ Traffic Controller for 10 years and I felt that I could change the way things are now. I want change the flagging Industry for the better that is my Commitment to myself and to my staff and my company. I will better the lives all my flaggers that work for me and make sure they are safe at all times. I will start by making sure that my Flaggers can take care of themselves and there family's Financially.
