A BRIEF (BUT "GRAND") HISTORY Grand Rental Station opened in November of 1994 with three employees and no customers. We were primarily renting tools and equipment with a minimal compliment of party rentals. From the start we experienced extraordinary growth because we provided the cleanest and best-maintained rental equipment in St. Louis. Over the next couple of years our party business blossomed. Party rentals outgrew the tool rental to the point that in July of 2000 we eliminated all of our tools and converted to party and event rentals only. Now with the ability to focus strictly on party rentals, we were off to the races. Our business grew 150% in 2000. We were confined and overwhelmed. We had outgrown our facility, rented all the available warehouse space in the immediate neighborh
