Toyapi Archaeological Consulting, L.L.C. (TAC) is a newly licensed, archaeologist-owned business enterprise providing cultural resource compliance services (e.g., Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act). Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, TAC currently focuses on small-to-medium size compliance archaeology projects in the eastern Great Basin and Colorado Plateau. TAC's service approach is unique; we contract with independent consultants on a project-by-project basis to conduct fieldwork, analyze data, and help write and review reports. Our consultants include archaeology and anthropology students, professors, and professional CRM archaeologists.
