Red Hotz is renting a fleet of bright red, souped-up electric beach cars to ensure that visitors and locals alike have the most convenient, fun and action packed summer possible. They are equipped with seat belts, turn signals, head/tail lights, high and low gears, rear/side mirrors, parking brakes and can reach speeds of 25 mph.
