We evaluate all pieces. We see if we can get parts for your timepiece (i.e., year of timepiece). This takes time as we have to find a supplier that carries that specific part. We repair it and then put the timepiece to a test. We watch it for week(s) to see if the item we repair is working or if another part was the real source of the problem. After it goes through this test we call you. I’m sorry for the length of time to repair your timepiece but we don’t want to return you timepiece and have it break again. Sometimes it does.
