The Frame Man is a local family business run by two women, Carol Riman and Simone Stone. Our mother and daughter team has offered" Award Winning Framing" and beautiful art for over thirty-five years. To date, The Frame Man has won 98 awards, more than any other picture framer in the country. Our framing projects have won first place USA numerous times. Even some of our customer's pieces have won awards! We have over 4,500 custom frame moldings and 500 mat samples to choose from. We also have thousands of standard size frames and mats. The Beacon Hill Framery provides the highest quality custom framing, with a wide variety of mouldings, from the simplest natural solid woods and metals, to rich hand-crafted Italian profiles, to the finest hand-carved and gilded finished-corner frames in a variety of lacquers, woods, gold leaf and white gold. Our emphasis is on preservation and conservation. We stress the importance of using archival materials, including acid-free backing, matting, silks and linens, and UV-filtering glazing materials. We offer our clientele the benefit of 40 years of framing and design experience. All work is done on the premises.
