Universal Building Restoration is one of the leading building restoration companies in Northwest Ohio. We have restored many historical buildings, churches, colleges, commercial buildings and residential homes from Bay City Michigan to Lawrenceburg Tennessee, as well as from Indianapolis Indiana to Scranton PA. (see photos of our work below) We are truly a family owned and operated company; with only a car, a mortar boy, a bucket of tools, and a dream UBR was founded in 1955 by George Persinger.
