My name is Gabriele, I am the owner of the business, the baker, the chocolate maker, and everything in between!! I was born and raised in Germany where I studied at the University of Nuernberg to become a Home Economics teacher. I grew up in a family where CHRISTMAS was always written with capital letters! My Mom and Dad were "Mr. and Mrs. Claus" and they taught their children well. In the Advent season we would be in the kitchen and bake up cookie recipes, that in part have been handed down in our family for generations. We did not limit ourselves to "the old ones", but also incorporated new recipes and even developed some of our own.
