My name is Jeremy Fox and I am the owner of Short North Bagel Deli, we serve steamed deli sandwiches primarily on bagels. The original concept started on the campus of Miami of Ohio back in the 70's. My original plan was to open a deli like the one on Miami's campus but start up costs were to high. The idea behind the mobile food cart is it's a less risky venture for an entrepreneur and it will allow me a few years to build customers and capital before opening my own brick and mortar!
