A small investment and a lot of hard work helped establish the business as a local wholesale dessert company servicing the greater New Haven area. Initially, we offered gourmet cakes exclusively but over the years we have added a full line of cookies and brownies and grew the business throughout the shoreline community as well as Hartford County. Today we service restaurants, caterers, gourmet coffee shops, other distributors and various eateries. Our products are hand-made from scratch using only the finest ingredients.
