Athena's Greek BakeryR, is a home based business that produces handmade Greek and Lebanese pastries using only the finest natural ingredients and uses recipes handed down through the generations. I have been baking these traditional family favorites for over 20 years. These are family recipes passed down through four generations. You will recognize a quality unmatched by a currently available commercial product. Each order is handmade freshly for you. In order to ensure freshness our current market is Fairfax County and DC Metro Area. The bakery is named after my daughter "Athena". She was my inspiration for copying the original recipes from YiaYia's napkins (yes she had them written on napkins and small pieces of papers) and from my mother, her Teta, and organizing them into a cook book.
