Family and friends enjoyed the Italian seasoning for years in our home. The seasoning jar moved from next to the stove to the kitchen table as it became a widely used condiment. The Irish seasoning was a surprise to all as Sheila blended seasonings that go back to her early days in Philadelphia cooking with her family. Both seasonings have been widely used in our cooking and we have shipped the hand made batches of seasonings to friends and family. Now we are working with a local Connecticut spice company to produce our seasonings that replicate the home made flavors we, our family and friends are used to enjoying.
