I use only English Bridle Leather, the Back cut from the hide. The Back is the strongest and best looking part of the hide. I purchase all my leather from Wickett & Craig, a fine leather tannery. You don't get that ugly swag in the back of the belts after a little wear. The Solid Brass Hardware used at Tuckers comes from Weaver Leather Co. who, a few years ago bought out Mast Hardware. Their products are all made in house by skilled Amish Craftsmen. It makes me very proud to know that from the very start of my products, that all the material I use came from old world skilled professionals.
